GoCue ("GoCue", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Canace LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a registered business address at 777 Brickell Avenue #500-93306, Miami, FL 33131, United States. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the GoCue mobile application (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or other valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Canace LLC, our users, or others.

4. Data retention

We retain your account information and trip history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes (for example, subscription transaction records).

Analytics and crash diagnostic data are retained for up to 14 months in their identifiable form, after which they are aggregated or deleted.

5.1 All users

You can access, update, or delete your account at any time from within the App's settings. To delete your account, contact us at privacy@canacellc.com or use any in-app account deletion option if available.

5.2 European Economic Area and United Kingdom residents

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to:

GoCue is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it as quickly as possible. 7. International data transfers

GoCue is operated from the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to such transfer and processing.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice (such as in-app or via email). Your continued use of the App after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
